Personal data protection

In the cases in which the user provides the Company with certain personal data that the company may manage automatically or not, therefore the owner of the data expressly authorizes the Sociedad de Ciencias Aranzadi to process the subscribed personal data electronically and to incorporate them in your database.

The holder will have the right to oppose, access, rectify and cancel any personal data of his that exists stored in the databases of Sociedad de Ciencias Aranzadi.

Said rights may be exercised through any means of communication with Sociedad de Ciencias Aranzadi (Address: calle del Alto de Zorroaga nº 11 E-20014 Donostia – San Sebastián).

Likewise, it authorizes Sociedad de Ciencias Aranzadi to transfer the personal data subscribed to third-party companies whose intervention is necessary to satisfy the aforementioned needs.

Personal data is fully protected according to Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on Protection of personal data.

This Legal Notice and its consequences will be governed in any case by the Spanish legislation that is in force in each.
